Lowes Staten Island,NewYork. Shame on this store. Not only did they mix up a tile order I received 16 feet of wall tile love that how about 240 square ft of floor tile. I must have a room down Mr.rabbits hole call me Alice. They told me I did not set up delivery. Even though I paid and did.

When I received my backwards order they told me the tile was not in stock the right way. In a snow storm I headed back to lowes to get tile any tile because my bathroom was gutted. The next gets better my barbecue delivery was for Monday they came Tuesday O.K.another mix up the item came damaged the driver was told that the customer me might night except delivery for an invoice that was marked damaged. And was it damaged I didn't except delivery.

The best was yet to come that custom door I ordered took 8 weeks to get to the store and 2 more to never get to my house they did deliver the storm door but lost my original order only to have first lost the order I returned to the store to find out the one I ordered was not in stock.

My storm door was delivered without my custom they did not tie the order in together and was then told I didn't ask to have it delivered. 9 weeks later I waited for delivery they made me wait Mon.Tues. Wedn.and Thur.I recieved the door thursday night 8:30 only to receive the door with the glass scratched and the best was I ordered a left handed door and you'll love this it was a right. Well my story dosen't end here I am waiting for them to pick it up since 4 and its 8:29 at night they called me for directions. I asked them to bring me a hamburger on Tuesday. Lol.....If I dont laugh I will cry.

Consumer beware Lowes Staten I sland has 7 managers and not one is sympathetic or compatant.Thier sales people are untrained and not profesional. The store has poor service, everything was a waste of my time and hard earned dollars. Yours truly Amy Silber PS I feel so abused and taken advantage off.P.S.S.they finally came here at 9:30P.M. .You know it was really bad when lowes sends a night manager was with the driver ...I told him I'd give him a barbaqued hotdog if only I had a barbecue.
