My 9x13 Pyrex dish exploded inside of my oven the other night, I could of sworn Pyrex always came with a lifetime guarantee or warranty of some kind so I got a hold of corning who has the product license now and they're telling me it doesn't.

So not only am I out a 9x13 dish I'm out the money it cost to go get dinner after the oven incident. That will be the last time I use Pyrex for a while, seeing as that was my only good large glass dish. The rest of my glass ovenware is from Anchor, at least it hasn't exploded on me.

I have always used pyrex bowls and dishes, and just today I was preparing a dinner for friends and family, and the pyrex bowl exploded, and made a terrible mess, along with causing inconvenience of preparing my dish! Very disturbing from a company that "swears" by their product???
