I'm leaving in B-6/112, sector -17 , Rohini , Delhi - 85. My telephone (No : 27881243) has not been working since 4 March 2004. I'm too tried to do complaint in MTNL - Badli Exchange. They didnot take any action in my complaint. Lineman didnot interested in his work. So my request is please convey my message that Exchange. Perhaps they would listen you.
