I ordered nursery furniture crib, 3-drawer chest and a combo unit on Febuary 27,2003. I was promised shipment of the by 3/23/04. I received the crib on 3/12/04 which was great.
After 3/23/04 passed I called to ask about the rest of my order. They said it was delayed. They never send an e-mail or called to let me know it was delayed. Then both items were promised by the 10th of March. I received the combo unit on the 12th of march. I opened the box and ever piece I took out was more damaged then the one before.
I called them on the 13th of March to get a replacement and to find out what happened to the 3-drawer chest. I was told that replacement would be on back order with no time of when to expect it and they didn't have any info on when the 3-drawer would ship.
I was just to upset with the misinformation and canceled the order on the 13th of march. I received an e-mail on the 16th of march saying the 3-drawer that I had already canceled was shipped. I called on the 17th of March and they promised the order was canceled nothing was shipped and I wouldn't be charged.
I called again on the 19th of March because I noticed a pending charge which was for the item they promised was not to ship. I called to complain and give the names of the customer service reps that gave all the misinformation. I was told I have to call ups myself and stop the shipment. Then once they got it back I would get my money back. Even though the they said it was on back order and then they ship it out 3 days after it was canceled. It just leaves me with no dressers and my money tied up for their mistakes.
I will never buy anything from walmart again.
