INCREDIMAIL - FREEZES & INSTEAD OF REFUND, I GET CHARGED 3 TIMES

INCREDIMAIL FREEZES & INSTEAD OF REFUND, I GET CHARGED 3 TIMES!!!!

Let me make it known that I am going to pursue incredimail until i get my refund. After 12 days of using incredimail's premier package, i wanted a refund because my computer kept crashing in the middle of composing emails to family members. I know many friends who have had the same problem. It is NOT fun to write a long letter to your family and then the computer just shuts down.

I've asked for a refund 12 days after i purchased this package which was within incredimail's 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. I've since learned there are no guarantees. They emailed me and said that they refunded me and instead, put a charge through for another $49.95!! I bought and PAID for it on March 19, 2004. Then there was an unauthorized charge on April 9, 2004 after they notified me they would refund me, and then ANOTHER unauthorized charge on April 19, 2004 after ANOTHER email that said they refunded me.

After much research, i've found out that Incredimail is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Incredimail website where they state that their headquarters is Israel is this address.

http://www.incredimail.com/english/press_release5.html There are no contacts to call them, and their VIP Support is controlled by some idiot who never replies and if they do, it has nothing to do with what i'm asking for...... A REFUND!!!

So after i found out that their e-mail support does not work, i searched and found out that since Incredimail is based out of Tel Aviv (credit card charges also back this fact up) they do have a United States Republisher and they are named Elibrium based out of San Mateo and Menlo Park, California. Information about contacting them is at their website http://www.avanquestusa.com/about/contact.htm .

Then after more research, I learned in the Elibrium site that it is a 'republisher' division of another company named BVRP. Their website is http://www.bvrp.com/ENG/ .

So why did i give these two websites out? Well, i know there are tons of people who pay alot of money for VIP support from incredimail. Questions about technical problems, requests for refunds, and many other queries are NOT responded to. So if the email support is non existent, there are no phone numbers to call, AND the headquarters is hidden way over there in Jesus' birthplace..... where else are we supposed to go? We are frustrated and tired of incredimail's lack of credibility and so we must let any United States affiliates of incredimail know this.

I'm not sure how many more times incredimail will charge me $49.95 after i specifically BEG for a refund, but i can be sure that i will not let them get away with this ridiculous business ethic and i hope i can inspire others to jump on the bandwagon and let incredimail and their affiliates know.

Longing for a refund, Chris K. Kaimono1
