Hampton Bay Fan & Lighting Company
I called the customer service number 877-527-0313 I received from Complaints.com for this lamp company to ask for a replacement part for a wall sconce of theirs I bought at Home Depot. They said that this item, the satin Nickel Finish Wal Sconce (SKU 255-751) was manufactured by "Carjo Industries" (?) and that they don't supply any replacement parts.
You'll have to go to where you bought it (mine Home Depot is in Union, NJ) and ask them if they happen to have any broken up sets for the replacement pieces I need. I think I'll think very seriously about buying another Hampton Bay product.
They're too un cooperative. By contrast, the Mills Pride Company sent me a whole bunch of pieces for a closet organizer I needed free of charge. I'm a big fan of Mill's Pride. I'm going to avoid Hampton Bay if I can. If you post this, please use Email User for my email. Thanks, Brian K

Spoke with Customer Service. They called the Home Depot where I purchased the light originally and the Home Depot broke up a light kit and "gave" me the glass globe that I needed to replace. No questions asked. I was pleasantly suprised. I believe that was Home Depot's customer service as I never did get a hold of a Hampton Bay rep.
