I leased a 2002 Buick Rendezvous from George Olsen Cadillac through GMAC that was perfect for my catering business. I was offered an early termination of the lease to go into another GM product. I choose to continue with a 2004 Rendezvous.

George Olson had closed so I went to Ellis Brooks.. I met with the Fleet Manager, Bill Marshall, and gave him the window detail label of my 2002 model and asked to replace it with a 2004. He agreed to order it for me. When the car arrived he called and I met with him.

He coerced me into signing the papers without examination. This car was almost stripped, down to a missing glove box light and coin holder. It was equipped with Firestone Tires! I hate this car.

My advice is not to shop at Ellis Brooks and definitely avoid Bill Marshall.
