Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice about the loss that I suffered while travelling from Newark, NJ USA to Delhi, India in lufthansa's flight on 12 April 04. Somebody broke open the lock of my checked in baggage and took away a costly watch worth $100 which I had put inside a ladies purse. While collecting the baggage at Delhi's IGI airport I didn't noticed that the lock was broken and it was without any lock at that time. I collected my baggage and walked out of the airport, there I didn't lodged any complaint as I wasn't aware of absence of lock. Now yesterday only at home I realised that the lock of one of my baggage was not there and upon thoroughly checking all the goods I found that 1 wrist watch which I had packed inside a purse was not there.
