We are having terrible trouble with toyota customer service concerning our payments. Two payments we have made have now gone missing. Of course, the people we speak too don't believe us and assume we haven't made them.

 

I cannot get a reasonable answer as to why, I have had two very rude girls talk to me on the phone, one put the phone down on me! After not recieving our first payment we started to recieve phone calls on a daily basis. Is this considered harrassment.

 

Can someone tell me what we should do. We are now two payments behind, not because we haven't made them but because for some reason both checks have not reached their destination. One of the girls told me I should go to the post office to find out.

 

I asked her how come only the toyota checks were missing while all my other payments were reaching their destination! Help!

1. Have you verified that the payments have been going to the correct address?


2. Have the checks been cleared and withdrawn from your bank account?


3. Where have you been dropping the mail? Your mailbox (if suburban), or at the post office?


4. Have you moved in the past year? If so, have you updated your address with Toyota? If not, have you signed yourself up to have your mail forwarded to your new home?

If not, let's assume that your mail is being bounced back because of being delivered to the wrong payment center. Chances are the mail is not being forwarded to your current address.


5. Are you registering your mail to keep track of it?


6. Have you signed your checks?


If you are still experiencing difficulty with Toyoya customer service perhaps it would be best to pay Toyota electronically through your bank account. This usually works best and almost always guarantees on-time deivery, granted you have set up the payments early enough before the deadline.
