to gardeners choice business: i am extremely disappointed in you i ordered one of the paulwina trees last year and it died, my sister-in-law ordered a humming bird vine and it was beautiful. she had better lick than i my tree died. so this yr. i wanted a humming bird vine so badly so i sent in the form on 2-24-2004 and was waiting with great anticipation to receive it. and now i find this .

so what is my recourse? the check has been cashed. and i have no vine nor a letter that it will be sent later or what? i do think you owe me a letter or an e-mail or my money back or something. please address this matter and do what is right.
