my bill is to high

hi my name is rosanna wallace and i,m a nextel acct holder and i tried to talk to nextel and tell them i think there was a mistake with my bill . they did not wont to here what i had to say they say i payb or they cut my service off so they cut my service off i told them that some time my phone would be on my side and some times when i put my phone in my purse it would dial numbers and i did not know so they said that could not happend .they also said that it was my proublem and that i would have to pay the bill was my responsabilty

for it now my bill is $900 hundred and some dollars and they took my $500 dollar deposit and i told them that i dont used my phone that much but if they can help me i would tell all my family and friends to stop useing nextel and go to another cell company .it is about thrity family mumbers or more who have nextel once me and my family about how they did me they my not want nextel please some one help me.

also i told nthem that i had got sprayed in my face on my job and i need my phone to keep up my m y attroney all im,ing asking to help me i been waiting for help thank you please please help me
