About 9 months ago, I bought a digital camera at a Best Buy store and along with the camera came 6 months free MSN services which I NEVER used.
However, I have been charged for the additional 3 months even though I never activated the account at all. I spoke with the MSN representative and I was told that they could not credit the amount they already have charged to my credit card.
The delay on my part in terms of cancelling the account was due to (a) I tried to dispute the bill through my credit card company but in vain and (b) I did not know 800 MSN number to call to cancel the services and finally I found this number through complaints.com. Is there any recourse here? Thanks.
