I have just been duped out of $99.95 by Ancestry.com & their 14 day free trial promotion! I cancelled by phone 4 days before the 14 day free trial was up, on March 16th,2004 my credit card was charged March 23,2004. I made a call to Ancestry. com @800-262-3787 & was told by Jeff it was too late to cancel.

They have my money & thats all they care about. They don't tell you tell you any thing about having to have a cancellation # & then they don't give me one. I see there are many complaints about this company & I am wondering what CompuServe is doing to correct this problem on their service?
