Hi,My name is Assanato Djalo.I requested a credit card from a company that claimed to provide them. It turned out to be a department card.I pe-paid $179.00 for that card.And as soon as i discovered that it was not a real credit card i tried so many times to cancel the account within 30 days but,they wouldn't let me.
Now,i try to make purchases with this card and still,they won't allow me to.Is there and legal action i can take to get my money back?
