Its really distressful

 

Dear Sir,

Coca Cola is a world renowned company with a certain reputation because of which consumers trust the company and its subsidiaries for the quality of the products and for the kind of services that should come along with those products.

 

I putting my trust in your esteemed organisation had subscribes for the 2O litres Kinley Water from Swift Marketing, (6/27, Geeta Colony, Delhi. ph. no. 2463711). I had subscribed the Water under the scheme of 3 bottles for Rs. 1OOO/- . Since the very begining the supply was so erratic that it can`t be believed, coming from a Multi National Concern like yours, numerous phone calls would not make the supplier come to terms and the supply was perpetualy late from its due time. Distressed by these cicumstances we discontinued the services and asked for the refund of our Rs 1OOO/- for return of the bottles.

 

For over eight months now the supplier despite numerous phone calls is neither refunding the money

nor is taking the bottles back. We asked him if we could come and return the bottles to which he flatly refused stating that it will be a useless and futile exercise if we would come there. Such is the pathetic

state of affairs at the suppliers of COCA COLA concern.

 

Suffered by these I called the help line services which at the outset gave me the Ph. no.(9512O-2897945) of Mr. Ajay Thakur the Head of Kinley (North) He showed his distress over the situation and had promise to make the supplier come to terms The tall promises of Mr. Thakur have yet to see the light of the day as over

three weeks have passed after this conversation.

 

Such is the pathetic state of affairs at such a renowned Company on which the whole nation is putting trust.Its more distressful for a family like mine which had been trusting the ompany since its first lauch in India. Now I don`t see one reason why I should tell anyone to take services of Kinley Water after what I am made to suffer. There are numerous no. of families which are relying on such water companies in this area. Use of kinley should be discouraged if some steps are immediately not taken to improve the services

I request you and out my faith once again in the company for looking into the matter and to get my money refunded, and also get me compensated for such a harassment caused by the defficiencyin services of your supplier and Head Kinley North.
