When I asked the customer service rep (Donna Cables) why that was she said that was just the way it was and I could not negotiate a settlement for pay off at this time, when I asked why the prior customer service rep stated a payoff amount of $3,640.00 she said that there were noo notes in the computer and that person was wrong.

 

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD…….sure they want you to send the so called “settlement payoff” in and then tell you that your account does not qualify for a settlement payoff. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS!
