On April 6, 2003 we were the high bidder on eBay for a 1999 F250 Super Duty truck. It was advertised as having no notable flaws. Upon delivery, we discovered that the back bumper had a big dent in it...the dented bumper is certainly noticeable. We called Arizone Dealer Trades (Innovative Motorsports) and were told they'd send us another bumper. They ordered a used bumper and sent us a check for $100. The bumper arrived May 16; however, the bumper had been damaged in transit...a big hole in it! We refused shipment and the delivery driver took it back. After several weeks of waiting and hearing nothing about our bumper, we called to inquire about it. They told us they'd investigate and see to it that another bumper would be sent. Several more weeks passed and we heard nothing from them. On July 16 we called again and was told that the bumper they sent was ordered through Chi Town Auto Wrecking of Phoenix...they didn't even call to check on the bumper THEY ordered! We called Chi Town and they said they never received the damaged bumper...I was given the name and phone number of the man who gave them the order for the bumper. We called to speak with that man and the receptionist said he wasn't in, but she gave us his cell number. We called him and he said he'd get right on it and order another bumper. On September 17, we emailed the man asking about the bumper. Needless to say, I did not receive a reply! On September 22 we called his cell phone again and when he answered, we asked him what he was doing about our bumper? He said, emphatically I might add, "I'll order that RIGHT NOW." We asked him to call us as soon as he knew the status of the order and he said he would. No such call was forthcoming.

In October of 2003 we submitted a complaint against Arizona Dealer Trades to the BBB of Phoenix, AZ Guess what? As of this date, April 12, 2004 (almost a year from the date we first received the damaged bumper) we haven't heard a word from Arizona Dealer Trades!!! We did receive another check (today) for $100 from Arizona Dealer Trades...pressure from the BBB was responsible for that!

In my opinion, a business who does not answer email messages or return calls is a business to stay away from! If you should decide to deal with Arizona Dealer Trades, BEWARE!
