ATLAS CREDIT GROUP - rude comment from customer service

the subject was about signing up with ATLAS CREDIT GROUP

The first line of the message I received is as follows:

"Marie, I hope you have a change of underwear."

I didn't know your company allowed rude comments of this nature. It certainly is not business like. Someone needs to be told that type of comment might be used in speaking to a person they know but not in a business communication.
