I have recently spent hours reading horror stories on this and other sites regarding First USA/BankOne.

I'm not going into my story because it will simply echo the same scams.

Can someone please tell me if any legal action has been taken against these people. I'm reading complaints from years ago and have also read posts that were dated yesterday (on another site). I can't help but wonder why it's taking so long for a class A lawsuit to be filed against this obvious dishonest and deceptive company.

I'm not computer savvy so, I don't even know if anyone can answer this via this format.
