I spent hours trying to download the updates for the 2003 Turbotax Software, for which I paid 80.00. I had to go online and "chat" with two different Support Tech people, who ended up giving me the run around, and diverting my problem to the sales department.

I never had a problem with this company last year, but this year, the product quality is terrible and incomplete.

There is no 800 number, and they actually want to charge consumer's $20.00 - $30.00 to speak with someone over the phone to get help.

I suspect this company has outsourced to India or another country to gain a higher profit margin, but their service and quality have taken a total nose-dive as a result. Shame on them. I will never purchase this product again.
