This complaint is pertaining Cricket Wireless Service. I am tired of being constantly up charged and routed around to automated systems that constantly give me a run around and the bottome line is always more money. Last year I had three different Cricket cell phones.
They just dropped calls, or the screens started fading, or they would just cut off. I tried talking to Customer Service and all I ever get is Mam just file and insurance claim. I like alost of Cricket customers I am sure are carrying insurance that only allows us to get a used phone in the advent that something happens.
The only way you can get a new phone is if you just walk in a Cricket retailer and buy one. So Cricket is in essence charging consumers top dollar for second hand products.

I have been with out a phone for three days. And yeah i have insurance on my phone but i have to wait for the phone to get fixed, meanwhile I am still paying for service i am not receiving. Not to mention i have a 35 dollar deductible on my phone and i have to drive to their corporate office instead of my local cricket dealer. I am fed up the unlimited is not worth it, i am cancelling my phone service i am sure i wont get any money back on the bill i just paid. Cricket is a joke their service just sucks. And their phones are just the poorist quality. I guess you get what you pay for.
