This complaint is pertaining Cricket Wireless Service. I am tired of being constantly up charged and routed around to automated systems that constantly give me a run around and the bottome line is always more money. Last year I had three different Cricket cell phones.

 

They just dropped calls, or the screens started fading, or they would just cut off. I tried talking to Customer Service and all I ever get is Mam just file and insurance claim. I like alost of Cricket customers I am sure are carrying insurance that only allows us to get a used phone in the advent that something happens.

 

The only way you can get a new phone is if you just walk in a Cricket retailer and buy one. So Cricket is in essence charging consumers top dollar for second hand products.

We cancelled service with Cricket and were then subjected to five to six calls every day for weeks from these idiots trying to get us to sign back up. We were ready to file a complaint for phone harassment with the District Attorney.

Yes I completely understand. I have been with out a phone for three days. And yeah i have insurance on my phone but i have to wait for the phone to get fixed, meanwhile I am still paying for service i am not receiving. Not to mention i have a 35 dollar deductible on my phone and i have to drive to their corporate office instead of my local cricket dealer. I am fed up the unlimited is not worth it, i am cancelling my phone service i am sure i wont get any money back on the bill i just paid. Cricket is a joke their service just sucks. And their phones are just the poorist quality. I guess you get what you pay for.

CRICKET SUCKS. I SHOULD KNOW I SELL THE PHONES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BECAUSE IT IS BASED IN INDIA. ANYONE WANTING TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON CALL THIS WITCH AND GIVE IT TO HER
