Email User Ordered 1 Krupps coffee maker and received a confirmation email (attached) on 12-8-03. This authorised the company to charge my card for $234.87. On 12-15-03 I noticed i was charged for 3 of them and I immediately initiated contact with the company to resolve the matter. Through repeated efforts I have been unable to resolve their mistake. Below is more detailed information concerning my contact with them. Thanks EverythingHome.com 1-877-367-5189 12-15 1700 Called and on hold 45 minutes - reached someone was told they would be right back. Was transferred to someones voicemail. Had my contact info from the order ID and did not return call. I left a voice mail and sent an email explaining things at this time 12-16 - Called 0700 CDT 40 minutes wait time. Reached operator was told that it was a computer glitch and they do not know why I was charged for 3 and that they would credit my card immediately and someone would call me that after noon to confirm it. No return call and no credit. 12-18 - 0730 42 minutes wait time. Called and talked to Bridget that advised I would be immediately been given a credit and that it should appear on my ledger within 2-3 days. I explained to Bridget that it was a debit card and the money tied up was money I needed for the holidays. She agreed that the credit would immediately be applied. 12-19 - 1800 All three were left on my door. Nothing was gift wrapped (I was charged 3 times for gift wrapping) in addition to being charged for 3 coffee makers 12-24 1200 CDT 1 hour wait time. Called and advised that the credit has not appeared and that I have all three units and will not ship back two of them until the credit appears and I will not pay for shipping. Explained all my problems to same operator she agreed that it was a mess. Didn’t know why I was told that I would immediately get credit even though she was the one that originally told me that I would get immediate credit. Was told I would receive a call and email on 12-26 from her supervisor with instructions.

 

Received no call or email on 12-26. Advised Bridget that I refuse to pay to ship back the items that I did not order (they also agree that I did not order them) in addition - this company has not responded one time to my many emails and calls. They were not authorised to charge my card for the 2 coffee makers that I did not order. I have wasted about 8 hours dealing with this. 12-29 Initiating chargeback for unauthorised charge to my card for 2 machines. Unbelievably poor customer support and disregard for their customer!
