NCO Financial Services - being dunned for Providian Visa card debt - have advised NCO to only contact lawyer

To whom it may concern:

I have been a Widow since March of 2001 and have had Credit Issues recently NCO Financial Services have been trying to collect on a Visa Credit Card Issued by Providian Bank. I wrote Providian to proof that I signed up for the Credit Card which was Issued to my Decease Husband. I have hired a Lawyer to handle these Credit Issues .

They have been calling me at my home without doing any research on the Issue. In May of 2003 in the Maryland District Court. I do not know who looks over these collection Issues but they should have done a little research first. I asked them to deal with this matter thru my Lawyer and gave them the number. I think after over 2 Years of fighting this Issue they should have had the background Information passed along. I know they are trying to do there job, but this is poor customer service to keep calling the person when the case had been settled. It is a harassment when you have numerous medical issues and still readjusting after a relationship of 20 and a 1/2 year of marriage. My name is Susan Rae e- Email User In this Issue I should have and Apology from the Company. If I am right please let me know. Thank You Susan Rae
