Ordered from Norm Thompson on Dec. 6, 2003, was told that item was in stock and would ship immediately. Contacted Norm Thompson Customer Assistance on Dec. 22, was told that the order would ship that day and be delivered 12/24. Contacted Norm Thompson Customer Assistance on Dec. 23 and asked for tracking number for shipment, was told that order would ship 12/23 for overnight delivery.

Contacted Norm Thompson Customer Assistance on Dec. 26, was told that order did not ship and that warehouse was closed for holiday. They would send a 50% discount coupon applicable to next order. Contacted Norm Thompson Customer Assistance on Dec. 29, was told that new order processing software implemented in July was causing severe problems and that no date for shipment could be given.

Requested that my wife be called directly and be given an apology for the way order was handled. Dale Zuhse
