T-Fal Pots - handles gradually became loose - handles no longer stay on pots

I purchased a set of T-fal pots, not long ago, and gradually all the handles are loosening up that they won't stay on.

I don't know if I can find the original bill, I will look for it, but you can see by their condition they they are very new. The set has 4 lids and as of right now, 3 fall off. What can I do.
