Tracfone - service for long distance keeps shutting off

Why is it that the service for long distance calls keeps shutting off? It is very aggravating to say the least. If this is how the tracfone service continues I will no longer be dealing with your company.

No use in having a phone if it doesn't work. Spending a week on the phone punching out numbers is not my idea of fun!!!
