AOL Call Alert - voicemail inquiry resulted in being charged for AOL call alert AOL Call Alert - voicemail inquiry resulted in being charged for AOL call alert
From:
i have been trying for quite awhile now to get a matter corrected. this is my last futile attempt to clear it up. i inquired about voicemail since i was having problems with my call alert service, i then called to make sure to tell them i did not want voicemail, they then cancelled my free call alert which i then had 5 or 6 months free left, and now they want to charge me for it in order to get it back.
i just cant understand how an inquiry about voicemail turns into a definate order which is not so, as i called, and was assurred it was taken care of, and that my call alert service was in tack, come to find out it wasnt, its been over a month sice i have had my call alert service, and cannot get one tech to fix this problem. if they have such good records, then where is the record of me calling and speaking with them telling them i did not want the voicemail a month ago.....and i just wanted my call alert. please help clear this matter up as i seem to be a victim of someone not doing there job properly and thoroughly. thank you, janet wright From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 31-Dec-03 00:00:00 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
