From: My bank account was debited $43.65 without my approval with a note thanking me for an order which I did not order. This is the second year that I have to go thru red tape to get my money back.

I became irate and called 800-810-8238 ,a number I had to search for , obviously not shown on the paperwork or their Customer Website www.aolplanners.com

The Website led me to their Return Policy stating what I had to do to get my money back. I called the above number twice and in their canned speech gave the same "railroad job".The second person named "Marina"asked me for my Email no.and address and said I could receive $38.70 but not theS&H charges at that point I had it up to my ears.

The first girl closed the phone on me after me being so irate.
