I feel the same way Mr. Jim Clayton feels about this Prime TV rebate deal. I'm with you Jim. My mother sent in her rebate on 10/9/03 and called them on 12/8/03. She spoke to a man by the name of Nick and he told her they received her paperwork on 11/3/03. He said a check would be sent 6-8 weeks from that date. She called again on 12/27-03 and they tell her they have no record of ever receiving it.

 

When she told me this I became furious and I began calling them. I called the rebate dept. twice I know. I spoke to Alicia, Nicole, Shaquita, Tina, finally Mike (who was suppose to be a supervisor......yeah right!!!!), who then told me my mother's rebate had been voided out because Nick did not put anything into the computer that stated he even talked to my mother on 12/8/03.

 

By the way, this Nick use to work for Mr. Mike. I also spoke to Tina who was also rude and finally I spoke to rude Margo. She had the gall to tell me that "for all she knew, we could have spoken to a person named Nick from Wal-Mart". Can you believe this! There's a smart ass in every bunch!! Ha.

 

She finally stated her supervisor was a Louise, 1930 N. Poplar St., Suite 21, Southern Pines, NC 28387 and I still haven't found a way to contact this person if she exists!!!!!!!!!!!! I did file a complaint with the BBB and I'm filing one tomorrow with the Attorney General's Ofc. in NC. I suggest you do the same. They have numerous complaints against them and one site is WRAL.com.

 

After they got involved, this lady received her money in two days. They contacted a Mr. Steve Angell who I've been trying to find. They don't have to worry though.....time is all I have and I won't give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
