I have been trying to contact TV guide about a subscription that a friend of mine has that is presently incarcerated in a Michigan State prison. His subscription is currently paid up to date and he has not received a TV guide in over a month.
I have been trying for 3 days to find some type of area within the TV Guide Website to register this complaint. Based on their own information request form I am unable to get a message to go through. Their form asks for a ten digit account number or zip code and name.
The account number that I have from the mailing label that is in an example drawing that they refer too is only nine digits long. I would even call them, but cannot find a phone number anywhere on their site.
