in october i purchased a yamaha kodiak 450 from KORPI'S PERFORMANCE

Email User with the plow and winch, i was very thrilled to aquire such a package and rushed thru with it only to find out that it came with a fair lead that was not recommended and also was told this is not the one usually to be with this package, but i also was not consulted befor hand and given the opportunity to upgrade the purchase to the roller fairlead instead of the standard which is what was installed and now if i would like the other one i have to double purchase, so in the beggining was not to pleased with korpi's sales aand marketing,

well it turns out that when you break in a new machine it needs an over haul after 20 hours or 350 kms, the 20 hours came first so here we are 6 phone calls later and stilll this 10 000 $ machine sits in my garage as they still have to come and get it to service it, now i will give them the first call as their pick up vehilce was broken but the 5 calls since then have no excuse and this is also the service center that yamaha lists for work in this region so not only is korpis to blame but yamaha is also saying to get this poor kind of work with thier support !!
