I paid for an annual $68.00 membership to "cheaptrips" Their travel brokers NEVER returned my calls. When I finally called and reached a person they were higher than the flights I found myself.

 

I called back to cancel membership and was told to wait for my membership pkg and return it; which I did 7/2/03. This is Dec. 29th and to date NO REFUND.

 

We fly several times per year and will never use or reccommend CheapTrips.com. I waited a month for the refund before I started calling them. For several months they were "processing" my refund; then in OCT I didn't get a refund because they "didn't charge my credit card". Oct 6, 2003 I faxed them a copy of all of the documentation.

 

Now I received a rejection because I waited until OCT to ask for a refund. YOU CAN'T ACTUALLY SPEAK TO THE REFUND DEPARTMENT AND IF YOU GET A HUMAN BEING IN THE ENROLLMENT DEPARTMENT THEY JUST TRANSFER YOU TO THE VOICE MAIL IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

 

Overall the are a CreapRipOff and I will voice this opion to everyone I can.
