McDonald's, St. Petersburg, FL - witnessed obscene language by store employees McDonald's, St. Petersburg, FL - witnessed obscene language by store employees
From:
I was visiting McDonalds in St Petersburg, Fl 12/28/03 on the corner of 4th street and 18th ave. I was with my 3 year-old son when I heard 2 guys working on the line call each other the N word (racial Term) They were black young men and I was waiting for their manager to step in and confront them but she did nothing about it . She looked at me, I was the only white person in the store at the time and i felt very uncomfortable.
Then 10 minutes later it was used again by an employee leaving the store. The Manager failed to say anything and I became very uncomfortable because my 3 yr old has never heard the word before.
I feel that this type of behavior does not belong in the work place especially in front of a paying customer.
Thank you,
