SunCom Mobile service - billing problems

I have three mobile-phones (My two teenagers each carry one). When one got lost, we changed that line's service to "emergency plan," thinking that we could maintain the service at a lower rate (since there were no in coming or out going calls being made until money could be raised for the purchase of a new 'phone).

 

Due to a mistake by SunCom, my personal "business" cell 'phone was placed on this plan by mistake, and now, since I dispute the nearly $600 bill, they have turned me off, are threatening to go to collections, calling me at night with recordings to call back.

 

Over the last two months, recounting my situation to customer service reps, and then with multiple supervisors has done no good except to raise my blood-pressure, and sit on "hold" for sometimes 45 minutes or more, listening to recordings. I have been face-to-face with people in the stores where I established the accounts, and bought cell-'phones, and they all say there is nothing they can do about it.

 

I have emailed the SunCom web-site with a written complaint, and now I intend to go to the State Corporation Commission, maybe I can get some relief there. I see there are a number of others here at complaints.com that have "like" problems with SunCom, if anyone out there has any other ideas about how to handle this, don't hesitate to let me know . . . .
