In response to the above mentioned complaint, we here at PCDirectbiz.com would like to advise you that Connie Hughes was offered a refund of her down payment of 99.00. In addition she was offered 100.00 for her troubles. She refused and insisted on having her order fulfilled. It has since been fulfilled. She has received her Gateway system along with printer.
The delay in her order was due to Gateway being out of stock on the particular model in which she was approved. She was offered a comparable Dell system and refused. We state in our Finance Agreement which she signed that if the Gateway model selected is out of stock, we do reserve the right to ship a comparable unit.
Unfortunately, when dealing with the public/retail customers you can not please all of the people all of the time! Our core business model is to provide an alternate finance source for people who fall into the sub-prime category. The product we market are computers. The basic profile of our customers are people who cannot get financed else where due to credit challenges.
We have a good track record with the BBB and we respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.

If you believe the website, you will receive your system within 7-10 days after all paperwork is completed.
I have been screwed around since November on this.
All the paperwork was completed on Dec. 6th, money was taken from my account on Dec. 3rd and as of Dec. 23rd they had not even shipped my computer and could not tell me when it would be.
I have e-mailed them again early this morning, Dec. 29th, and it is now almost 3 P.M. and no response.
I would be interested to see if any other consumer is taking a kick in the ass like I have.
