I recently came back to aol. The lady that I talked to [I believe her name was Fern] told me I would get 4 months of free service for coming back to aol. She also gave me a phone # to call if I needed more assistance. That # is no longer in service.

I received my bank statment and saw that aol has already taken out $28.90. I should not have received a bill until Feb. 2004. I have faxed this information to you, but have not received a response. Please check into this for me. I know that $28.90 is not a large amount, it is the fact that I had to pay for something I was told I would not be billed for. Thank you
