American Choice, Sliced Muenster cheese - 8 oz.package - have recently found cheese to be bitter - it wasn't previously bitter

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to voice my displeasure with the American Choice, Sliced Muenster cheese/8 oz.packages/ Muenster cheese happens to be one of my favorite cheeses. I have found the American Choice to be excellent. That is up until recently.I usually consume about 3-4 packages a week.

Recently, I have found the cheese to be bitter. I am very disappointed with the last four -five packages. Can you tell me why the chees has changed in taste?

I guess I will have to find another cheese or place to get muenster cheese which is of the standard & taste that I had enjoyed. Hoping that this is a tempory problem that will be fixed.
