January 25, 2004 Complaints.Com: Don't know if this is right place to go for help I need, but here goes anyway. I can't seem to get my Premium Lifetime IncrediMail (order# 3896ss) cancelled, and, have been charged twice for it now. They are not responding to emails to VIP SUPPORT or to their purchase email address. Is there any way you could help? Please email and let me know asap. Thank you, Laurie Dickinson Email User
