We have been patrons of On the Border of MANY years and have never recieved the type of service we recieved tonight (12/28/03)
There was no one persent to greet us.. We waited for a minimum of 15 mintues then we were taken to a table, and abondoned!! we had NO service for 25 mintues, then we ordered and my friends (business associate) was not brought his order and our servier proceded to argue with this guest stateing that his order was never placed!!!
When we asked for a manager we were told one was not available, we paid the $175 bar tab/bill and left!!
