Talk America - slammed away from SBC and to Talk America

I checked into switching to talk america and was told I had the option to cancel before it was final. I discussed this with Paid to play Games sinced I linked through them.

They too said talk am. had a glitch in their system. SBC also said I had been slammed . Not once but twice in one week. Talk America refused to listen and keeps sending me a bill.
