MSN - unable to add new user to MSN account

As a new user to the service i am very disattisfied with the service firstly i now have five new emails on my account one from msn which will not delete and also i can not access further messages despite trying everything i could imagine, secondly as a customer with over two people in my household adding a new user seems to be an awkward task, deleting the main user should never have to be done.

As a customer i feel i should be able to ammend to the current service which i have with msn, i hope you will take notice of your customers complaint and make it easier to use in the near future
