1. Cingular as well as other companies that have a website to manage one account want one to input a portion of one social security number before one can log into the account. If a person have the last four numbers of one social security number it is not that difficult to secure the first five numbers.
A better and safer method would be to use three or four digits of the account number on the bill. The net is wide open and any one with a little knowledge can track each key stroke.
2. Each time I call Cingular they want you to give them the last four number of your social security are they want talk to you. # 1 for December 29, 2003 Read today's next posted complaint
