Pls. read below. AGAIN. I also left a message at the phone # you specified in your e-mail & no one returned my call. I also have yet to get a response from any of the various e-mails I've sent.

 

I truly find it unbelievable that you will hold my order hostage until I provide a faxed copy of my credit card with a written AUTHORIZATION to charge my card, but have no problem actually charging my card without this faxed authroization. I've stated on many occasions that I am not going to go out of way to accomodate this ridiculous request of yours & requested that you cancel my order, and yet my account is reflecting a charge in the amount of $211.12. This is not even the amount I agreed to pay for the item!

 

I want this charge taken off IMMEDIATELY & the order cancelled per my many previously unanswered requests. I expect a response back within 12 hours, or I am contacting consumer affairs. -----------------

just placed an order through your website & was not made aware until the order went through that I now need to provide a copy of my credit card before my item will be shipped. It is completely unprofessional that your website would not disclose this prior to processing an order. I do not have a fax machine & do not choose to go out of my way to get to one. If you cannot process my order as is, then cancel it altogether. My order # is39ddd. Advise ASAP.
