Hello,

 

My name is S. Prakash. I am from Chennai, India.

 

I flew on the 19th of November '2003 with Air Sahara (www.airsahara.net) from Mumbai to Chennai. They have a scheme called the "Bid N Win" which is an inhouse bidding they have for various items they want the passengers to bid in the flight.

 

I bid and won Item Code B-7 which is a 99 piece silver steel dinner set for Indian Rupees (INR) 2.050/-. On alighting from the flight I was asked to pay the amount which I did vide Receipt No.: B7/468529 & Serial Number of Air Sahara's receipt: 101333/2003.

 

The item was not available on the counter and hence they told me that it will take one or two weeks to deliver the same. After much followup the item was delivered, though in broken condition, on 12th of December '2003.

 

I have lodged a complaint since then and they have acknowledged that the item was broken and that they will replace the item. But till date, after almost 40 days from the date of actual travel, the item has not been delivered as per the committed schedule.
