AOL - unauthorized charges - $ 28.90 per month for about 8 months

From: Each month for the past 8 mos. or so, You have had $28.90 taken out of my checking account for AOL services. I have never subscribe for AOL services. After my first two0 requests for information, which you ignored, I sent you a certified letter requesting that you stop charging me for services I'm not using.

Please stop charging me now! You have ignored my past requests for information on this charge and I am now ready to take legal action. What ever you are charging the $28.90 for, STOP CHARGING ME.
