From: [Email User] For all the AOL Credit Alert complainants, I hate to tell you, but I've been trying for 4 years to get AOL to stop charging my credit card for the Credit Alert service. I ordered a credit report over 4 years ago and cancelled the credit alert service before it was even supposed to begin! And yet every year about this time, I get a charge to my VISA and call the number and they assure me they are cancelling me.
They won't give me an address to send correspondence to, they say they will take care of it on the phone. I am at my wit's end. I never received any information about the Credit Alert service, so I have no idea who is getting information about my credit report.
