They were billing the monthly service fee to my phone bill . In June they said they can no longer bill to my phone bill and needed my savings/checking account number. I gave them this information and aol not only continued to bill my phone bill but my savings account also.
I cancelled my subscription to them and went to take money out of my account yesterday only to find out that AOL took another $115.00 from my account.
I called AOL and they told me that this was for service for three months after I cancelled the account. The representative was very rude and began yelling at me. I told him I was going to contact my lawyer and he said "go ahead" and the laughed and said "good luck". He refused to transfer me to a supervisor and said that AOL will not credit my account.
