J.D. Marvel Products - paid $ 16.95 for 2 pair of slippers not received

On October 6 I sent a money order for $16.95 to J.D. Marvel Products for 2 pair of slippers. I have not heard anything from the company since.

I receive disability from SSI of only $639/month and cannot afford to lose money this way. What happened to this company?
