AOL - cut off from customer service chat channel - charged several times in one month

I never got to finish with my problem on the chat channel. I have benn charged way too many times for my monthly fee, plus some extra fees that I do not know what they are.

On November 10 I was charged an AOL Premium service 1103 (888-265-9269 VA) for $7.77 and again on December 10 for the same premium service for $3.95 with the same phone number.

I was charged on November 16 for AOL Online Service for $23.90 (866-215-7772 VA), charged again on December 10 for AOL Online Service for $23.90 and again on December 16 for AOL Online Service. I have not authorized all of these charges and want to know what they are .

Please respond ASAP.
