Vivitar MagnaCam 1025-2b - software to download and view movies not supplied - unable to contact Vivitar via e-mail

Recieved a MagnaCam 1025-2b made by Vivitar. This is a binocular digital camera that is supposed to take still photos, movies and can be used as a camcorder.

Needless to say it does not work. Vivitar does not supply the software to download and view the movies. They do not supply the software or instructions to use the item as a camcorder. Trying to get in touch with

Vivitar is a waist of time. Their "web site" does not allow emails.

They have no email address. Calling by phone; answered by machine stating they are closed for inventory. Am rerturning items to HSN. I recommed that you do not buy this item.
